After the Frozen Spell we experienced at Christmas, what would have been my last meeting of 2010, became my first meeting of 2011. I’m not a big fan of the van bangers, they aren’t generally as action packed as the likes of the 2 Litre National Bangers, and I’m not fond on anything that size heading in my direction when I’m on the infield. Skeptical as I am the vans put on a top class show, and in one of the races a van train became quite an obstacle on the main straight. The Robins too had a lively an dramatic Irish Championship, even if it was the 2010 title being racing in 2011.
