Clarke Cleans up at Aghadowey
English visitor Lee Clarke took all three wins as the National Bangers made their first trip to Aghadowey. The National Bangers were quite an anti climax to what I'd hoped they'd be when they went to Aghadowey, I think put simply there is just too many National Banger meetings up and down the Island for anyone to get a good meeting, the problem will simply be that no promotion is likely to pull their meetings for the benefit of someone else. That said there was a few big hits and Steven Bolton did his best to make the All Comers race come to life. The other finals went to Victor McAfee (Stock Rods), JayJay McConaghie (Robins), Curtis Greer (1300s) and Ricky Shaw (Thunder Rods).
